The effect of a proposed educational program for the 100-meter race for students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Babylon

Educational programs and their exercises have a great impact on developing the skill and motor aspects, as well as preventive programs in various sports, especially games that require motor and mental abilities, such as track and field and its various activities. One of the most used activities that is popular among most athletes is the 100-meter event, which is what the researcher was aiming to use a proposed educational program to develop and improve student learning in the 100-meter event for students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Babylon. Therefore, the current research aims to: -
1- Propose an integrated educational program that includes all the physical, mental and preventive abilities of students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Babylon.
2-Identifying the preference of the proposed program over the program followed in teaching students the skills of 100 meters in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Babylon.
The research sample consisted of (36) students who were deliberately selected from the research community using the design of the single experimental group. The experimental group was divided into two parts, one of which used the exercises followed and the second used the proposed educational program to learn the effectiveness of the 100 meters to suit the students. The researcher concluded.
1-The proposed educational program and its exercises had a significant impact on developing the skills of the effectiveness of the 100 meters among students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon.
2- The exercises of the proposed educational program were more effective in improving, developing and learning the effectiveness of the 100 meters among students than the exercises followed by the instructors in the college.
