Abstract

The study aimed to address the relationship between sports and various sciences, which had a clear impact on achieving sports achievements. This was achieved through the use of modern measurement and evaluation systems, and was reflected in a realistic way on athletes and the results achieved in the Olympic and continental championships. As for the research problem, the researcher noticed that there is a difference between a volleyball player and another in speed and speed of motor response while playing volleyball. The research aimed to identify some aspects of the strength of the (time it) device and its relationship to speed of performance and motor response and its effect on the strength of jumping during pressing among the research sample members. The research sample was selected, which is (100) female students from the second stage of Al-Mustansiriya University. The researcher used the (time it) device to identify the research variables and test the appropriate jump exercises to improve the performance of the students. The research sample included 100 students from the second stage of Al-Mustansiriya University. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the research sample was chosen intentionally from the students of the second stage of Al-Mustansiriya University. The researcher concluded that there is a relationship between strength using the (time it) device and the speed of motor response and performance among the students of the second stage. The researcher recommended emphasizing the development of strength among the students of the second stage, and developing special training to develop vertical and horizontal explosive strength.
