Abstract

The author was able to identify the dysfunctional areas of players by using a modern and accurate method. The goal of the researcher is to give direct results for identifying the areas. It is known that players are more susceptible to injury, especially if they perform certain movements or activities. While this article focuses on finding a solution for this phenomenon by Monitor players and their movements before they happened by following the screen the function movements tests and some biochemical variables.

The importance of monitoring these sports movements helps specialists to develop preventive exercises for a sports injury. This made the author prepare preventive exercises for general endurance injuries.

This experience has been applied by the use of functional movements screens and some biochemical variables in young handball players. Monitoring the Functional movements screen is an important test and modern method to detect a dysfunctional area in a body, which is most vulnerable to sports injuries.
