Scientific and technological development and the use of electronic devices and programs have become an important and fundamental role in learning beginners by integrating the use of these technological techniques in educational programs in order to develop the physical abilities associated with the game and analyze and study the effect of the exercises used in the educational program. From here came the problem of treating the weakness in learning the skills of the forehand and backhand stroke in tennis for students as a result of a change in the values of some biomechanical variables, including a decrease in the angular kinetic energy of the parts of the body performing the movement, and the resulting change in angular and peripheral speed. The research aims to identify the effect of the proposed educational program on some biomechanical variables in tennis for students. And to identify the effect of the educational program in learning to perform forehand and backhand strokes in tennis.
The researcher randomly selected the research sample, which included (32) students. The researcher concluded that there are statistically significant differences between the results of the pre- and post-tests, in favor of the post-tests for the performance tests of the forehand and backhand straight strokes in tennis, and in favor of the experimental group. The most important recommendations: The necessity of using the proposed educational program to develop the biomechanical aspects that reveal the strengths and weaknesses of students and thus direct them towards optimal performance.
