Abstract

      Over the course of their lives, and as a result of scientific and technological progress, the stage of the elderly has become at a continuous rate of rise in the total population, which necessitates the urgent need to work to raise the health efficiency of this segment so that it does not represent a burden on the state, and that the elderly individual is a producer and not a consumer. Societies are a high-level human civilization indicator. Therefore, attention should be paid to studying the needs of the elderly in various health and physical aspects, as they are a broad base in society. The research problem has become apparent. A large number of injuries have increased in the present time, especially if this injury is the result of aging, as the trend in our time was to Resorting to surgical intervention, which calls the researcher to delve into other areas of treatment and to keep pace with the modern era towards resorting to natural means of treatment, as the peoples of the Far East had a great share in In this regard, some common methods have spread in these areas, such as rehabilitation exercises, and one of the objectives of the study. The researcher used the experimental method due to its suitability to the nature of the research, using an experimental group with a pre- and post-test. The research sample included men with rough knees of the first degree, who were chosen in a deliberate way.
