Numerous studies and research have been conducted by many researchers to identify the role of the Arabic language in building the leadership personality of teachers and educational supervisors in physical education. Leadership has a social role, which the leader plays in their interaction with the group they work with. It is a form of social interaction between the leader and the group. The importance of this research lies in the role of the Arabic language in building the leadership personality of teachers and educational supervisors in the field of physical education. This research will contribute to teachers and supervisors possessing a leadership personality that may benefit school administrations and influence their behavior and performance. This study aimed to investigate the role of the Arabic language in developing the leadership skills of physical education teachers and supervisors, and to identify the leadership characteristics of these teachers and supervisors in Babylon Governorate. The researcher employed a descriptive survey methodology to address the research problem. The sample consisted of 60 physical education teachers and supervisors working in the education directorates of Babylon Governorate. The researcher followed the scientific steps outlined in the study, which focused on the role of the Arabic language in developing the leadership skills of physical education supervisors. The researcher concluded the following:
1- The role of the Arabic language in developing the leadership skills of physical education teachers and supervisors in Babylon Governorate.
2- The impact of the Arabic language on the dimensions of the educational personality.
