Effect of therapeutic exercise and ultrasound on rehabilitation of the injured knee joint in Women

Abstract

          Therapeutic exercise and ultrasound play an important role in the rehabilitation of all types of injuries, especially knee injuries, and to clarify this effect, we must study those effects on a sample of women, and the problem of research in the injury of the knee in women, which occurs as a result of several reasons, including weight gain and lack of movement and lack Exercise which leads to lack of physical fitness, especially flexibility and muscle weakness. As well as to identify the effect of therapeutic exercises and ultrasound sessions prepared in some of the research variables, the researcher used the experimental method and the research sample consisted of (15) infected and they represented 83% of the total sample of the research, and the rehabilitation curriculum took (6) weeks at a rate of (3) sessions A total of 18 sessions per week were conducted. The experimental and experimental tests were carried out, then the program was applied and then the post-tests were conducted. The results were then treated statistically. The researcher concluded that therapeutic exercises and ultrasound sessions have a positive effect on the research sample and this is evident from the results of the research variables.
