Graduate studies play a pivotal role in a student's overall development. It is the stage during which a student's personality is shaped. Education is not only essential for the student, but also for the society to which the student belongs. Adaptation in the academic field is one of the most prominent ways to ensure a student's academic career is as stress-free and anxiety-free as possible. When a student transitions from one academic stage to another, filled with numerous changes and new rules, they may often find themselves needing to follow a path that achieves a balance between their environment and the requirements of that stage with all its components. The research aims to identify the level of academic adaptation among graduate students at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Zawiya. The researcher recommends the need to focus on academic and advisory programs for students, which will enhance their level of academic adaptation. A study of academic adjustment in relation to important and influential variables, such as psychological stress, self-confidence, and level of ambition.
