Obstacles Facing the Implementation of Motor Education Programs in Kindergarten in Misurata

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the obstacles facing the implementation of motor education programs in kindergartens in Misrata. The researchers used a descriptive survey approach, as it is appropriate for the nature of this research. The research community represents female teachers in the kindergarten stage in Misrata during the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling (60) female teachers. The research sample was randomly selected, consisting of (20) female teachers, representing 33.33% of the research community. One of the most important research tools was the questionnaire. One of the most important results was that the obstacles facing the implementation of motor education programs in kindergartens in Misrata, in general, were at a high level. The axes were arranged according to the general level as follows: capabilities axis, motor education objectives axis, and children axis.

The researchers recommended the following:

-1 Reformulating motor education objectives to align with capabilities and be clear to female teachers in kindergarten.

-2Providing the necessary financial support for kindergarten physical education programs.

-3Taking into account the needs, interests, and desires of kindergarten children.

-4 Raising parents' awareness of the importance of their children participating in physical education activities in kindergarten.
