Abstract

The aim of this research was to develop educational modules on the Eurostep and agility skills in basketball for players under 14 years of age. The aim was to identify the impact of educational modules on the Eurostep and agility skills in basketball for players under 14 years of age. The research hypothesized that there were significant differences in the use of educational modules in the Eurostep and agility skills in basketball for players under 14 years of age. The researcher used the experimental method, designing two equivalent groups (experimental, control) with pre- and post-tests. The researcher reached the following conclusions: The educational modules are an effective tool in developing technical skills and motor abilities in basketball juniors, as they contributed significantly to improving skill performance and agility. The effectiveness of the educational modules used in this study led to the development of offensive skills (Eurostep) in the area near the basket, and offensive blocking. The researcher recommended the necessity of adopting skill-based educational programs in training young age groups, incorporating agility exercises. Within complex technical skills to enhance motor learning, employing stimulating technologies such as the BlazePod in skill training.
