The aim of the study was to identify the impact of quality of life on physical, psychological, and socio-environmental aspects of female students of sport sciences and physical activity. A descriptive approach was used, as it was appropriate for the nature of the study on a sample of (138) female students from the Department of Physical Sports Science. A quality-of-life questionnaire approved by the World Health Organization's Quality of Life Scale-Short Version(WHOQOL-BREF) was applied. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to the sample and the researchers attended the sample classes in the university to clarify quality of life across multiple aspects of life, such as physical, psychological, social, and environmental health. The results were analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis program. The results showed an average level of general quality of life and a high level of self-confidence, while the emotional aspect required psychological support, achieving a low score. The study recommended focusing on studying the quality of life of female university sports science students and encouraging female students' participation in recreational sports activities inside and outside of the university to enhance psychological and social aspects and improve overall life satisfaction.
