Abstract

The study focused on the relationship between flexibility, speed of motor response and flexibility on the one hand and the accuracy of the right side punch on the other hand, as the most important objectives of the research were:

To identify the relationship between the speed of motor response and flexibility on the one hand and the accuracy of the right side punch on the other hand that the research sample enjoys. As for the most important hypotheses, they were:

There is a statistically significant relationship between the speed of motor response and flexibility and the accuracy of the right side punch on the other hand, specific to the research sample. After conducting the research procedures and selecting a random sample from the community, which represents 39%, the researchers conducted a questionnaire to validate the tests for the research variables. The most important conclusions: The results showed that there is a strong correlation between each of the speed of motor response and flexibility on the one hand and the accuracy of the right side punch among students in the second stage in the College of Physical Education on the other hand.
