The effect of various jumping exercises on the angles of rise and start in the triple jump and achievement (female students)
Abstract
In recent years, the world has witnessed a great development in various fields of life in general and in the field of sports in particular, which has emerged through the skill levels and the amazing digital achievements that we hear about in various sports, as the levels reached by many of the world champions are a fantasy after The progress that has occurred in the sciences related to the sports field, especially the science of sports training and the training physiology. The research problem was evident in the fact that the students ’achievement in the effectiveness of the triple jump does not rise to the required level, as a result of weakness in the physical characteristics, and since this segment (for college students) is considered one of the important and basic segments of society because of its influence on providing clubs and teams with good and experienced players. Being the base for that. Therefore, it became possible for this segment to develop only through structured learning and training, and the study aimed to prepare suggested exercises for the manifold jump in developing some kinematic variables and achievement for the second stage students in the effectiveness of the triple jump, and the researcher used the experimental method in the manner (the experimental and control groups) to suit the nature of The problem to be solved so that the research community is identified with the second stage students in the College of Education for Girls - Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Qadisiyah University and for the academic year 2019-2020, and the number of (24) students were selected (22) students representing the research sample after excluding (2) students for not Commitment, as a percentage of (91.66%) was formed from the research community, and the sample was divided into two experimental and control groups, with (11) students for each group after they were homogeneous in the study variables. The methodology was applied to the study sample on 6/11/2019 until 1/7 / 2019, for a period of (8) weeks, at the rate of two training units per week, according to the curriculum scheduled in the department, where the time for one training unit was (60) minutes, and the researcher conducted post tests by measuring achievement and knowing the extent of development For some kinematic variables and he took into account the same conditions that he conducted in the pre-tests in terms of space and time, the researcher used statistical means on the SPSS program. Through the results, the researcher concluded that the various jumping exercises have a direct effect on the level of skill performance of the students of the triple jump, that the proposed exercises are considered good and effective exercises to develop Some kinematic variables (up and start angles) and achievement
