The effect of exercises in water environment In developing special strength and speed and some starting variables to driver shot for badminton players
Abstract
The study included exercises in a water medium for badminton players, which is a training method to raise the special abilities of the force (momentary) and the special speed of the two men for badminton players, as well as contribute to strengthening the starting variables of the badminton by increasing the speed of the badminton and improving its angle. The study aimed to identify the effect of these exercises in Developing the special capabilities (the instant strength of the two men, the special speed, as well as the speed and angle of the badminton) for the male badminton players for the 2018-2019 season, and this research can contribute to solving some scientific problems that may help in developing the level of players from developing T performance in general for one of the most important offensive skills in resolving points of the players. The research was conducted on a sample of the players of the Babil Governorate team who participated in the general classification championship of the Central Iraqi Federation for the badminton, and they were conducted explosive strength, rapid, speed, speed and starting angle beforehand, then the exercises were applied and we conducted the remote tests and it appeared that these exercises had an effective effect in the development of capabilities Special physical and starting variables.
