Abstract

The extent of recruiting the e-learning in physical education teaching process in the concerned faculties in Jordanian universities, and its worries, from the point of view of the teaching staff, and knowing the gap differences in the said recruitment, its using worries, gender variables consideration, years of experience and the institute.  As a study tool, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach , for a mixed sample of 119 - in a 2nd session 2018/2019 Physical Education teaching staff belong of Jordanian universities . The recruitment of e-learning in the said field was really high, and there were more statistically significant e-learning recruitments in favor of female gender. whereas the extent of difficulty in using e-learning was high, as the results showed. The administrative and financial worries stood first and worries related to the teaching staff came second
