The importance of the research lies in preparing special exercises with modern assistive devices in developing the vital variables for the skill of receiving the serve in volleyball for players by developing some learning indicators to obtain guaranteed results.
Accordingly, the researchers decided to prepare special exercises with modern assistive devices that are not available in the team environment to develop some vital variables and learning indicators for the skill of receiving the serve in volleyball for players according to scientific foundations in addition to modernity in the use of educational and training methods in a serious attempt to improve technical performance and its accuracy and thus achieve victory in matches, which is what coaches aspire to. The aim of the research is to prepare special exercises with assistive devices in some vital variables and learning indicators for the skill of receiving the serve in volleyball for players. And to identify the effect of special exercises. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature and problem of the research using the method of the control and experimental groups with pre- and post-tests. The research community was determined by the players of the University of Babylon team, numbering (20) players. In light of this, the researcher chose the main research sample using the comprehensive inventory method, reaching several conclusions, the most important of which are:
1- The exercises for the auxiliary means prepared by the researcher had a clear impact on improving the values of the vital variables (muscle tone - dynamic stiffness of the muscle - muscle viscosity - muscle flexibility).
2- The exercises used with modern auxiliary means similar to the performance had a positive impact on developing the technical performance and accuracy of the skill of receiving the serve in volleyball.
