Abstract

The game of indoor football, which is characterized by the specificity of the elements of excitement and suspense in order to raise its skill performance, and the importance of the research comes in preparing qualitative exercises using sandy playing fields to improve the player's ability to complete the match in the best possible way in terms of the high distinguished performance of young players in indoor football, and thus the player's performance is reflected at the team level, and through the researchers' observation and viewing of many matches and personal interviews with those concerned with sports training, the researcher noticed that there is a decrease in physical and skill performance with regard to accuracy in scoring on goal in the last minutes of the match, and the researchers attribute the reason for this decrease to the lack of exercises with components that affect the working muscles and participate in the performance, which causes weakness and fatigue in the physical abilities of, and thus is reflected in the skill performance For players to perform skills optimally and achieve scoring opportunities, and the objectives of the research procedures included, preparing qualitative exercises using sandy ground to develop explosive power and scoring accuracy for futsal players, identifying the effect of qualitative exercises using sandy ground on explosive power and scoring accuracy for futsal players, knowing the explosive power and scoring accuracy between the experimental and control groups.

After relying on the experimental method in applying qualitative exercises and sandy ground for (8) weeks and (3) training units, the researchers reached a set of conclusions as follows: Using qualitative exercises has a role in improving explosive power and scoring accuracy for youth futsal players, using sandy ground has an effective role in improving explosive power and scoring accuracy for youth futsal players, the experimental group that relied on qualitative exercises and sandy ground achieved better improvement than the control group in the research variables.
