Abstract

The modern game of football has requirements such as speed, strength, skill performance, as well as physical and intellectual performance. Here, trainers must be used and focused on training with appropriate volumes, as well as taking into account the importance of nutritional antioxidants. Hence, the importance of the research lies in preparing training with different volumes and repetitions by providing scientific foundations throughout the training period. Its use benefits the players' physical and skill levels and raises their physiological efficiency, which opens the door to using new exercises for trainers and workers in football training. The study aimed to: Identify the effect of training volumes with different repetitions in developing the performance endurance of young football players. The researcher used the experimental method. The research community was determined from the players of Karbala youth clubs. The researcher chose a research sample by random lottery, which is four clubs (Shabab Al-Hussein - Karbala - Al-Jamaheer - Al-Ghadeer). After that, 10 players were chosen from each club by random method as well. The most important conclusions are: -

1-There is a positive effect of training volumes with different repetitions and antioxidants in developing the performance endurance of young players.

2- The first experimental group that dealt with training with different volumes and repetitions accompanied by antioxidants made progress over the other groups in developing the research variable.
