The study aimed to identify the effect of using the training method outside the water using the (swimming simulator) device in developing the special strength of the arm muscles and improving the digital level of junior 50-meter freestyle swimmers. To identify the effect of using the training method inside the water using the (GMX7) device in developing the strength of the arm muscles and improving the digital level of junior 50-meter freestyle swimmers, the researcher conducted a questionnaire on Iraqi club coaches and national team coaches for different age groups to know each of (special strength training methods, availability of devices and tools, optimal use of these devices, developing special strength inside the water, developing special strength outside the water). He found that there is a difference in opinions about the mechanism of training special strength for swimmers, especially for local swimming coaches. Therefore, the researcher decided to conduct a study on two samples with the same conditions and specifications, one of which uses exercises outside the water using the (swimming simulator) device and the other uses exercises inside the water using the (GMX7) device to find out which of the two methods is the most appropriate and best in developing the strength of the arm muscles for junior speed swimmers. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research. The community is represented by (52) swimmers from the Iraqi national swimming team, who were chosen intentionally. The basic study was conducted on 40 swimmers who were randomly divided into two groups, one of which was the first experimental group consisting of (20). The most important conclusions of the training program using the device (swimming simulator) outside the water were a positive effect on the improvement of the first experimental group in developing the strength of the arm muscles for (50) meter freestyle swimmers. The training program using the device (GMX7) inside the water had a positive effect on the improvement of the second experimental group in improving the digital level of (50) meter freestyle swimmers and at a higher rate than the results of the first experimental group.
