Abstract

The advancement of study in this modern era requires studying the important factors in achieving international standards. Therefore, the research problem was set to find out whether there is a relationship between the goals of the physical education lesson and the sustainable development standards in preparatory schools in the center of Babylon Governorate from the point of view of physical education teachers in the center, and what is the percentage of contribution of sustainable development standards in achieving those goals? The study also aims to determine the percentage of contribution of sustainable development standards in achieving the goals of the physical education lesson for the preparatory stage from the point of view of physical education teachers in Babylon. The descriptive approach, survey studies, correlations and predictive studies were used to suit the nature of the research. A sample representing the research community was selected and included 104 teachers. After verifying the scientific foundations of the questionnaire, conducting the main experiment, and analyzing the data for correlation and contribution ratios, the researcher reached the most important conclusions indicating the existence of contribution ratios for each of the sustainable development standards in the objectives of the physical education lesson for the preparatory stage. The study recommends relying on the sustainable development standards and sustainable development in achieving the objectives of the physical education lesson.
