The effect of the recreational program to reduce psychological stress for retired women aged (60-70) years

Psychological stress is one of the most important psychological manifestations that women who have been referred to retirement are exposed to. They deny in the current era full of pressures of daily life and the complexities and problems that every human being is exposed to. There are those who surrender to the pressures of life and become more susceptible to anxiety and stress, especially women who are employees and have retired from work due to reaching the legal retirement age. Women receive attention from their parents, husbands and children, which can sometimes lead to bad effects that manifest in many forms of stress. The importance of the current research was evident in studying stress in the developmental stages in general and women in particular, "because it represents a disorder" that may have great effects if not treated, and the lack of interest in the recreational aspect of women for previous research and studies at the country level. The problem of the research lies in the failure to implement a recreational program that works to prevent them from feeling anxious and isolated And despair, which leads to feeling stressed. The researcher focused on the type of appropriate sport. The aim of the research was to identify the degree of feeling psychological stress. And to prepare a recreational program accompanied by music to relieve the feeling of psychological stress. And to identify the effect of the recreational program to relieve the feeling of psychological stress in women. The researcher followed the experimental method with the pre- and post-experimental design for one group. The researcher concluded: - The proposed recreational program has a positive effect on the research sample, as there is an improvement among women. And the emergence of significant differences in the test results and the suitability of the recreational program in its style and paragraphs for the research sample.
