Abstract

The study aimed to prepare exercises in the complex fors style, which is one of the modern methods of strength training, and to identify its effect in developing some forms of strength (maximum strength of the legs, explosive ability of the legs, speed-specific strength of the legs), as well as identifying the effect of the exercises on the accuracy of the sweeping serve skill. Volleyball for advanced students. The researcher used the (experimental approach) by designing one group (experimental) with a pre- and post-test, while the research population was limited to the 12 players of the Hindi Volleyball Club. The researcher chose his research sample in a simple random way, as (6) players were chosen to represent the experimental group. While the researcher chose three players from the indigenous community who represented the sample of the exploratory experiment. The researcher concluded that the exercises used in the complex fors method have an impact on developing the maximum strength of the legs, the explosive ability of the legs, the speed-distinguished strength of the legs, and the accuracy of the skill of the smash serve in volleyball.
