Building a measure of the distinguished capabilities of members of sub-federations in the game of boxing from the point of view of public bodies

Abstract

The objectives of the research were demonstrated by constructing a measure of the distinguished capabilities of members of sub-federations in the game of boxing from the point of view of public bodies, in addition to identifying the degree of the measure and also identifying the differences between coaches and referees. As for the research method used, the researchers used the descriptive method using the survey method and correlational relationships.  As for the research population and sample, the research population was identified by the general bodies of boxing federations, and the sample was selected from the coaches and referees for the year (2023-2024), numbering (163), and the data was presented, analysed, discussed, and processed statistically and using the SPSS statistical package.  Through the results, the researchers reached several conclusions, the most important of which is building a measure of the distinguished abilities of the target sample, members of the boxing sub-federations in the Middle Euphrates and the Southern regions.  The study recommended adopting the Distinguished Abilities Scale as a means of evaluation that is consistent with and approaches the level of administrative work for the target sample
