Being a female basketball player, and taking into account the opinions of the coaches, I noticed that there is a weakness in some physiological indicators and basic offensive skills in basketball, which affects the effectiveness of their performance, as most of the junior teams suffer from a clear decline in the level of performance due to the lack of focus on compound exercises, especially in the last third of the session. During the match, they show early fatigue, slow recovery, lack of concentration, and a low level of overall performance effectiveness (physical, physiological, technical, and psychological). We infer this through random play, poor scoring, frequent interrupted tackles, slow offensive operations, and a lack of focus on applying scientific methods, as complex exercises have been prepared. It aims to develop some physiological indicators and basic offensive skills in basketball for juniors in the hope of reaching results that serve the development of this game.
The researcher came up with the following conclusions:
1- The curriculum approved by the coach contributed to the development of physiological indicators and offensive skills in basketball and for all tests.
2- Exercise had a positive effect on the development of some physiological indicators (phosphagenic anoxic capacity and lactic anoxic capacity).
3-The exercises had a positive effect on the development of some basic basketball skills (handling, scoring, and tackling).
