The importance of the research comes as a research attempt that works to develop the coach and player’s thinking through preparing pressure-breaking exercises that work to keep the ball between the team’s players in the defensive third areas and to involve the goalkeeper with the rest of the players in these exercises and to stay away from the idea of removing the ball or distraction without appointment but rather keeping With the ball and building play from the back and moving forward, despite the presence of pressure from the players of the opposing team.
The research aimed to: Preparing stress-busting exercises in some physical abilities and basic football skills for young people. In addition to knowing the effect of stress-busting exercises on some physical abilities and basic football skills for youth. The researcher hypothesized that there is an effect of stress-busting exercises on some of the physical abilities of young people.
As for the research community and its sample, the research community was determined by the football players of the Kut district clubs for the youth category for the sports season 2021-2022, who numbered (126) players. The research sample was divided into two experimental groups, the two rivers, and the eastern control group, and each group included (16) players.
Thus, the researchers reached the most important conclusions, which are that the tactical exercises to break the pressure contributed to the development of physical abilities, which is (maximum transitional speed,). And the tactical exercises of a defensive nature work to raise the player's skill and physical level. In addition, the development of the combined physical abilities directly contributed to the development of the skill of receiving from the movement and then passing the football.
