Professional pressures among secondary school teachers

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the professional pressures among secondary school teachers in Babil Governorate, and the statistically significant differences in the professional pressures among secondary school teachers according to the gender variable. The research sample consisted of (50) subjects and were distributed as follows: (25) teachers and (25) schools were chosen. In a random manner, the researchers adopted Mr. Ibrahim Al-Samadouni’s scale (1999), as a tool to measure the professional pressures of teachers, and using appropriate statistical methods, the results of the study concluded that the sample does not have professional pressures, and there are no statistically significant differences between the professional pressures according to the gender variable at the level Significance (0,05).
