The two researchers conducted their current study, which is (momentary thrust exercises and their impact on some biomechanical variables at the moment of elevation and achievement in the high jump for fourth-stage students), and the aim of it was to identify the importance of introducing some modifications to performance methods through weight training methods, while the research problem was not to The trainers focus on some biomechanical variables related to the effectiveness of high jump during the stage of ascent, such as (the flexion of the knee and hip joints, body inclination, speed of advancement, strength of rise and time of rise). Physical education and sports sciences, Al-Mustansiriya University, and after completing all scientific and practical research procedures, and entering the results and data of the examinees in the tests, several conclusions were reached, including that the exercises used have a significant impact on the variables of upgrading, in addition to the improvement of the time of the last three steps, an effect on the time of upgrading and momentum The moment of elevation, and as a result of these conclusions, the researchers recommended several recommendations from him The necessity of studying other biomechanical variables for the jumping stages as well as the necessity of studying the instantaneous force and the instantaneous thrust of each man in the steps of ascent.
