Disabled sports are among the sports that have become a phenomenon of culturally advanced societies, which have been covered by the scientific progress that has occurred in our present era in all areas of life, all in that sporting field, to comprehensively prepare the individual to reach the highest levels in disabled sports. Through the researcher’s follow-up of the research sample’s journey, as she is one of those interested in this group, we noticed that there is a weakness in the performance of the free throw skill. Weak explosive power may be one of the reasons that lead to the weakness of this skill. Therefore, the researcher decided to study this problem in a scientific manner commensurate with the importance of her research. The objectives of the research were: preparing special exercises in developing the explosive power of the throwing arm. And knowing the effect of special exercises on the explosive power of the arm. Aiming for basketball players in wheelchairs. The research hypotheses were that there were statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-tests for the control and experimental research groups, and in favor of the post-tests. The researcher used the training curriculum of the method of the experimental and control groups, and the research group identified injured players from the Iraqi national football team.
