The perform swimmers of butterfly swimming through the strength of the arms and the failure to show the appropriate level in the kicks of the legs, so it seemed to identify weaknesses and use one of the training assistance that is used only with the butterfly-style swimming and is the single fin for the legs which is used by swimmers during the training units for the purpose of raising the efficiency of the two men's kicks.
The research sample was represented a research community of 3 swimmers in butterfly-style swimming represent the best among the swimmers specialist .
this assistance(single fin) was included within the training units and the results showed an development in the rate of kick length and achievement for swimmers in post-tests during the competition period for the training season for swimmers.
