Designing educational units according to the Ruffini model in learning some basic skills on the floor movements in gymnastics

The current research aimed to design educational units according to the Ruffini model in learning some basic skills on the floor movements in gymnastics.
The problem of the research was that there was great difficulty for learners in understanding the technical and educational stages in gymnastics, so the researcher intended to design educational units according to the Ruffini model and know their effect. The research sample represented students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, who numbered (40) students and were divided into two groups. Experimental and control, each group (20) students. The experimental method was used, and the researcher applied the research experiment to the experimental group. Through the results, the researcher concluded that the use of modern and advanced educational methods represented by e-learning and technology that were used in curricula and learning lessons and performance has a positive impact on The learning process in gymnastics.
The researcher recommended the necessity of emphasizing the use of Ruffini's model in all learning processes and placing it within educational programs.
