I will not use the sequential exercise method, which is a successive series of exercises with many successive attempts at one skill without practicing the skill.
The other method of training is random, which is for the student to learn more than one skill in the unit, as this method challenges the abilities of the player or learner to discover and adapt new and quickly to the sudden change that occurs in performance requirements. The researcher used the experimental approach with two control and experimental groups with two pre-tests. Al-Baadi: The research sample was female students from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Kufa for the academic year 2022-2023. They numbered 16 students from a community of 28 female students. They were chosen by random method (lottery), and the statistical bag (SPSS) was used to extract the results and concluded. Researcher Mayati. The exercises prepared by the researcher according to the reciprocal method have proven effective in the technical performance of basic volleyball skills (serving from below, defending the court, passing from above for a distance) for female students (experimental group). I concluded that
There is development for the control group in the technical performance of basic skills (serving from below, passing from above for a distance) in volleyball.
