Attempts are continuing in order to improve the science of training by relying on other sciences such as the science of biomechanics in determining and rationing training stresses to achieve the best achievements and reach the desired goals, and the researcher identified the problem through the experience and knowledge of the researcher. Therefore, it is believed that this may be due to the use of classical exercises and not relying on mechanical indicators in the process of rationing the training stresses of the exercises. As for the research methodology, the researcher used the experimental method with two groups, the experimental and the control, self-test, pre and post test. As for the research sample, the research community was identified with the players of the Middle Euphrates (2022-2023) and their number is (10) jumpers.
According to the ability index, which was applied over a period of two months at a rate of 24 units, then the post-tests were conducted and the results that were processed statistically were obtained. As for the conclusions, the researcher concluded that the specialized exercises prepared by the researcher contributed to improving the strength characteristic of speed, mechanical variables, and achievement among the members of the research sample, in addition to that the rationing of specialized exercises prepared according to the ability index contributed to showing significant differences in the strength characteristic of speed, mechanical variables, and achievement among the sample members..
