The importance of the research was crystallized in identifying the nature of the quality of the educational environment in terms of job satisfaction among teachers in the colleges of physical education and sports sciences in Babylon Governorate, knowing the role of this environment on job satisfaction, and identifying the most important obstacles that prevent the availability of an appropriate and effective educational environment in an effort to develop and improve this environment and then improve it. The level of their administrative performance with the aim of achieving the educational, administrative and pedagogical process with high efficiency and effectiveness.
The difference in the prevailing educational environment in colleges, as there are many colleges that lack a good educational environment, while some of them are distinguished by a good educational environment, and this difference may cause a difference in the desire, level of performance and work as a result of the difference in the needs available to implement the lesson in the correct manner and then The level of job satisfaction varies, and the research concluded the following:
1- There are statistically significant differences between physical education teachers depending on (length of service) on the variable quality of the educational environment.
2- There are statistically significant differences between physical education teachers depending on (length of service) on the job satisfaction variable.
3- There is a correlation between the quality of the educational environment and the job satisfaction of physical education teachers in Babylon Governorate.
