The effect of using (FIFA 11) to prevent anterior cruciate ligament injury in female volleyball players

The study aimed to prepare a preventive program (fifa the 11) for female volleyball players with cruciate ligament injuries, as well as identifying the range of motion of the knee joint and the effect of the preventive program (fifa the 11) for female volleyball players with cruciate ligament injuries. The researcher also used the method. The experimental method was conducted using the equal group’s method. The research community was determined, and they are the players of Baghdad clubs for the academic year (2022-2023), who are (8) players who have been rehabilitated for the anterior cruciate ligament injury, as the percentage of the sample for the community reached 100%, which was chosen by the deliberate method, and the homogenization procedure. The group was subjected to physical measurements of height, age and weight, and the results showed that the preventive program (FIFA the 11) had a positive effect on improving the performance of the knee joint of female volleyball players.
