Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of special exercises using aids developed by the researcher on the explosive power to perform a strike (Kazami Zuki), as the researcher used the experimental method in the manner of the control and experimental groups with two pre and post tests, and the research community included young karate players for the Youth Sports Club, as The research sample consisted of (10) players for each group, representing (83.3%) of the original community, and the special exercises for the experimental group were applied for a period of (4) weeks, in each week (5) training units, as the total number of units of the training curriculum was (20). ) a training unit, and the researcher came out with several results, and in the light of those results he concluded the emergence of significant differences in the post-tests between the two groups and in favor of the experimental group, and the effectiveness of the proposed special exercises in developing the explosive power to perform a strike (Kazami Zuki), and in the light of these conclusions he recommended several recommendations, including: Applying special exercises to different age groups because of its positive impact on developing the explosive power of (Kazami Zuki) strike, as well as developing the explosive power using the resistances of the arms and legs.
