Abstract

  The importance of physical activity and its positive repercussions on the general health condition emerges through the preparation of standardized aerobic exercises that suit the individuals of the research sample. It also plays a preventive and therapeutic role in confronting many chronic diseases, and because of the health benefits of these exercises that include the health of many organs in the body By using aerobic exercises for people with type 2 diabetes, and whether these exercises give the individual energy that may help to feel energetic and then maintain sugar levels within or close to normal limits. Preparing aerobic exercises for people with type 2 diabetes. The research aims to: Know the effect of aerobic exercise on some functional variables (blood sugar, cumulative sugar, pulse rate, blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglycerol G, T, low-density LDL cholesterol, high cholesterol HDL density). The researcher used the experimental approach to address the problem of his research and used some aerobic exercises to improve the functional status of people with type 2 diabetes for ages (45-50) years. The researcher concluded the following:

1- Aerobic exercises helped to lower blood sugar and cumulative sugar,

2- The aerobic exercises helped to decrease total cholesterol and triglycerides by increasing the expenditure of calories.

3- Aerobic exercises increase the proportion of high-density lipoprotein, the benign protein, and reduce the proportion of low-density lipoprotein, the harmful protein, by increasing metabolism rates and burning calories during physical activity.
