The aim of the research is to identify the impact of skill exercises by assistant means in developing motivation and learning the skill of Serve volleyball to students. The two researchers followed the experimental approach by designing two equal groups with pre and post tests. 127 students, while the main research sample was selected with a number of (24) students, who were divided into two groups, experimental and control, equally, The two researchers used a set of appropriate methods, tools, and devices, in addition to conducting an exploratory experiment and scientific bases for the motivation scale and testing the skill of facing the transmission from the top (tennis) in volleyball on a sample of (10) students from outside the main research sample. Pre-tests were conducted for the research sample And then the application of skill exercises by auxiliary means to the members of the experimental group, with a period of time of (4) weeks and the number of educational units per week (2) two units, and the time of each educational unit was (90) minutes, After completing the implementation of the vocabulary of skill exercises with auxiliary means, post-tests were conducted on the research sample, and after extracting the results and processing them with appropriate statistical means, conclusions were reached, including for skill exercises with auxiliary means, the impact of an important and effective role in developing motivation and learning the skill of sending volleyball to students, and in the light of the research findings The two researchers recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of introducing skill exercises by auxiliary means during the process of learning volleyball skills, as well as paying attention to conditions for learning volleyball skills, especially students' motivation.
