The impact of strategic planning on the development of sports investment for the Iraqi Football League First Division clubs in Dhi Qar Governorate

Sports have recently witnessed transformations in economic aspects such as the concepts of professionalism, investment, marketing and financing, and digital technology in sports techniques, media and communication in sports. And sports systems on the one hand and the development of administrative sciences on the other.
The research sample included (31) individuals, and they represent members of the administrative bodies and the media of some football clubs in Dhi Qar Governorate, where the response rate was (86%) of the research community, which is (36) individuals.
The survey method was applied because it is suitable for the objectives of the study, and the data was collected using the questionnaire management in strategic planning and sports investment, which requires reliance on scientific methods that are an effective tool to assist the administrator in carrying out successful and correct sports marketing.
The researcher concluded in this study that strategic planning requires reliance on scientific methods that are an effective tool to assist the administrator in carrying out successful and correct sports marketing.
The study concluded that it is necessary to pay attention to studying strategic planning for the purpose of shortening time and funding in finding the appropriate tool and making those changes.
