The effect of special exercises in the development of sensory-kinesthetic perception and passing skill for football players in the halls of Babel Girl Sports Club

Abstract

The skill of passing in futsal football requires high sensory-motor capabilities that must be taken into account, due to the high requirements for performing these skills inside the halls and the small spaces for performance. This is done through special exercises in order to develop these capabilities that give the player the high possibility of feeling the place, distance and the ball Through the field follow-up, the researcher noticed that the training units prepared by some coaches focus mainly on the tactical, physical and skill aspects, and their lack of special exercises for the muscles of the two legs based on the development of sensory-kinesthetic perception and the performance of the passing skill of the football players in the halls of the Babel Girl Club. The research aims to prepare special exercises for the muscles of the legs for football players in the halls of the Babel Girl Sports Club, and to identify the effect of special exercises. The research community was determined by the intentional method, and they are the football players of the Babel Girl Sports Club in futsal football in Babel Governorate, whose number is (25) players with goalkeepers, and (20) players from the Babel Girl Sports Club were chosen randomly as a sample for the research.

The researcher used the experimental approach for its suitability in solving the research problem, and the researcher used many tests for sensory-kinesthetic perception and passing skill testing. The researcher concluded the following:

1-The special perceptual-kinesthetic exercises have an effectiveness in improving the performance of the handling skill of the football players in the halls of the Babel Girl Sports Club.

2- There is a preference for the approach that uses special exercises in the development of sensory perception variables _ move on the approach used in improving the performance of my handling skills for football players in the halls of Babel Girl Sports Club
