Through the researcher’s observation of the central scout teams of the Babil Governorate Education Directorate, as well as the rest of the education of other governorates, it was found that scouting skills need to be developed and a creative leap that moves the central scout teams to a state of innovative competition, because the Scout competition and the teams’ attainment of an advanced position among the other teams is based on the mastery of work in terms of order, commitment and accuracy of the implementation of innovative leadership. It is related to the various scouting skills under research and to contribute to the development of innovative scout thinking to reach scouting practices and different skills and to identify the impact of these games on innovative thinking and developing scouting skills. The research aims to:
1- Preparing a program for scouting games to develop innovative thinking and the skills of the gate and pitching the tent at ages between (15-18) years
2- Preparing games for the innovative thinking of Scouts at ages between (15-18) years.
The most important conclusions were:
1- Scouting games have a positive impact on developing innovative thinking (flexibility, originality, fluency)
2- Scout games have a positive impact on developing the basic skills of the Scout stage at ages (15-18) years.
