The research problem stemmed from several axes, including a weakness in the skillful performance during the performance of the jump, and this weakness results from not using exercises by the mechanical energy law, which adopt a physical law in determining the intensity for each jumper separately depending on the mass of each jumper, taking into account the time and distance, while the second was related to the level of performance The technical aspect of the jumper and the suitability of the physical level with the nature of the competition and the other axis is the lack of interest of many coaches in the technical aspect of the competition within the training units compared to the physical aspects, and the players' lack of awareness of the importance of these exercises as their knowledge of physical exercises, and for the purpose of developing performance and achievement in the triple jump competition, the researchers deliberately applied exercises by law Mechanical energy on triple jumpers in a random way (lottery) from the Middle Euphrates club community, where the jumpers were divided into two groups (control and experimental) for each group (4) and two jumpers. Weeks, with (3) weekly units, and then conducting post-tests and obtaining results. The effect of Qano exercises has been proven n mechanical energy and complement in the development of achievement for the research sample.
