The research objectives focused on using an approach in which several learning strategies mix, in addition to recognizing the effectiveness of this approach in developing some biokinetic abilities to learn the effectiveness of the hoop in rhythmic gymnastics for third-stage female students, and the researcher followed the experimental approach by designing the two equal groups for the research sample of 20 A female student from the original research community of third-stage female students at the University of Babylon, and the research sample was divided into two groups, one experimental and the other a control group, consisting of 10 female students. A mini-reconnaissance survey on a sample of college students with a number of 6 students, and after conducting pre-tests and implementing the vocabulary of the educational curriculum for a period of 8 weeks, with a number of 1 units per week, and the total amount reached (8 educational units, and the time of the educational unit is 90 minutes, after which the post-tests were conducted for the research variables, and after the data were extracted and processed statistically, they were presented, analyzed and discussed depending on the relevant scientific sources. In order to solve this research problem, the researcher decided to introduce learning in which several strategies and learning methods mix to help develop the special biokinetic abilities to learn the activities of the ring in rhythmic gymnastics instead of using one or more methods to achieve the result that the researcher wants to achieve. The researcher used the experimental approach (by designing the two equal groups, the control and experimental groups with a pre and post test) due to its suitability to the nature of the problem to be solved. In the light of these conclusions, the researcher recommended taking advantage of the positive characteristics of mixed styles in one style, developing some bio-kinetic abilities and acquiring ring skills in rhythmic gymnastics.
