Abstract

Spinal injury is one of the most common injuries that players are exposed to in various sports, including weightlifting, where the pain is in the lower back, especially the lumbar region, and some players have been exposed to this injury due to the nature and sensitivity of the region and the problems it is exposed to that prevent the player from performing the optimal performance required of him. Also, this area is one of the most mobile areas in the spine, and it is responsible for the basic movements of the spine (flexing forward, bending backward, leaning to the right, leaning to the left, turning to the right, turning to the left). Research problem It was found that part of the research is directed towards treatment with physical medical devices such as laser and electrotherapy, and sometimes the patient is satisfied with physical therapy only, through his sense of the disappearance of pain, but at the moment of his practice of any simple exercise, pain appears on him, which prompted the researcher to design a rehabilitation program that includes a group From exercises to rehabilitate the injured, in terms of the range of motion of the spine and the degree of pain.
