Abstract

Identifying the level of e-learning management in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in Baghdad. Building a measure of the quality of e-learning management for teachers of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in Baghdad.

And to identify the degree of possession of the quality of e-learning management for teachers of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in Baghdad.

The researchers used the descriptive approach, which is "one of the forms of analysis and scientific interpretation to describe a specific phenomenon or problem and visualize it in numbers through collecting data and information, analyzing and interpreting it in an accurate scientific way. Teaching, then selecting the research sample randomly, which is represented by 278 teachers, with a percentage of 80,5% of the community.The researchers adopted the division of this sample according to purposes based on scientific foundations consistent with the research problem in order to be appropriate with the studied phenomenon and its frame of reference and fit the study procedures.and the exploratory sample The first survey sample consisted of 12 teachers, with a percentage of  0,043% of the sample. The aim of this experiment was to identify the difficulties and obstacles of the tests, as well as the clarity and understanding of the paragraphs of the scale, the method of answering by the player, and the identification of the total time for applying the two scales.
