Abstract

Higher education and its scientific institutions give great importance to student activities based on its keenness to build an integrated person psychologically, mentally, socially and physically as well as building knowledge, emotional, moral and vocational. These sports and physical activities are strongly linked to the trends towards practice. Integration of building an individual's integrated personality This type of interaction achieves many advantages that are associated with psychological, social, educational, moral and mental trends, as well as its association with aspects of health, physical fitness, rest and recreation. Therefore, scientific and educational institutions, including colleges, have been interested in building sports facilities such as halls, playgrounds, swimming pools and laboratories, and these interests towards active participation In the physical and sports activity practiced by students, and this principle applies to both sexes, boys and girls, as these sports and physical activities represent a major culprit in building the integrated personality of the individual and due to the characteristic of this type of live interaction that achieves for the individual more advantages related to social and cultural aspects. The research aims to:

1- Identifying the attitudes of private college students towards physical and sports activity.

2- To identify the individual differences in students' attitudes according to the variables of the study.
