Abstract

problem of the research revolves around the most important justifications for the weakness of the gymnastics game with its different skills at the university level and the decline in the levels of learning of both sexes compared to other sports. Hence the importance of the research using the Buxton method in its four stages

Mechanism, observation, insight and abstract formalism in order to improve the level of learning in gymnastics. The objectives of the research was to identify the impact of Buxton's method in learning some basic skills (open jump, curling jump, forward jump on the hands) on the jumping platform device, as well as to identify the effect of Buxton's method in learning some basic skills (open jump, The ball jump (included), the forward jump on the hands on the vaulting platform device, for the benefit of the post-test)

The most important conclusions were: that the educational curriculum using a method has proven its effectiveness in learning the three skills (open jump, forward jump and forward jump) on the jump platform device

The researchers recommended: the adoption of Buxton's method by specialists in the field of motor learning for skills and all individual and group games alike
