The importance of the research lies in the use of some educational aids and their field experience for the purpose of identifying the role of these means in learning and retaining some offensive skills for beginners at the age of (12) years old in basketball. The mastery and stability of their skill performance, which negatively affects the technical performance, and this weakness may continue with them even when they reach the category of applicants, and then its great impact on the level of performance of matches, which makes them lose the art of skillful and tactical performance, and the reason may be due to the lack of use of educational aids or lack of interest in them. One of those in charge of the educational process in basketball, so the researcher resorted to using two educational means to teach and retain some offensive skills in basketball, and the objectives of the research were to prepare some multi-purpose teaching aids to teach some offensive skills in basketball, as well as to identify the effect of some teaching aids Multi-purpose in learning and retaining some offensive skills in basketball and for the experimental and control groups.
The use of the experimental method for its relevance to the nature of the research problem, as beginners (12) years of age were selected for the players of the training center affiliated with the sports activity, and the research sample consisted of (20) players, the sample was divided into two groups, an experimental group and a control group (10) players for each group, and used The two groups have the same curriculum and the educational program, but the experimental group used the educational program with the teaching aids, while the control group used the educational program without the use of the teaching aids, and the educational program was implemented using the overlapping method in teaching offensive skills using equal repetitions for the two groups and for each skill in the educational unit. The researcher concluded that the results proved the credibility, objectivity and suitability of multi-purpose educational aids for ages (12) years, which turned out to be very useful for these ages.
