The current research aims to:
- To identify the impact of the two strategies of inverted learning and multimedia on the practical performance of recreational exercises
The researcher assumed:
- There are significant differences between the two research groups and in favor of the first experimental group in the practical performance of recreational exercises.
The researcher used the experimental descriptive approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research sample included third-stage students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Basic Education / University of Babylon for the academic year 2021/2022, and the researcher used the statistical bag (SPSS-25) to reach the results of the research.
The researcher concluded the following:
1- The first experimental group outperformed the second experimental group in the practical performance of recreational exercises in the post-test.
Recommendations:
1- The need to apply modern methods in the teaching process for theoretical and practical curricula, including flipped learning.
2-Qualifying teachers with developmental courses to explain and apply modern methods, including the flipped learning method.
