Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the following:

1 - Perceptions of success and motor satisfaction of the fourth stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon.

2- The relationship between the perceptions of success and motor satisfaction among the students of the fourth stage in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon.

     The two researchers used the descriptive approach in the two methods of survey studies and correlations for their relevance and solving the current research problem. The research community included the fourth stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon, with a number of (28), and (15) students were selected, with a rate of 57.53%.

    The success perception scale, which was originally developed by March 1994 and quoted by Muhammad Hassan Allawi, was used, and he modified the number of its paragraphs. 14) Paragraph. The kinetic satisfaction scale built by (Hala Razzaq: 2010) on first-year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science, which contains (30) items.

    The research came out with several conclusions, most notably the following:

1- The students of the fourth stage of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon were distinguished by high degrees on the two dimensions of success perceptions, which are the (competitive dimension) and (the superior dimension(.

2- The students of the fourth stage of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon were distinguished by their high kinetic satisfaction.

3- High success perceptions have a close relationship to high kinetic satisfaction among the fourth stage students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon.

Accordingly, several recommendations were made, most notably:

- Enhancing the awareness of success for the students of the fourth stage of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Babylon, as well as working on this with the rest of the stages in order to reach psychological maturity that can help them excel.
