Building a scale of leadership personality for educational supervisors in physical education in Babylon Governorate

There are many studies and researches conducted by many researchers to try to identify the dimensions of personality, especially the leadership personality of educational supervisors in physical education, because leadership has a social role that the leader plays during his interaction with others in the group with whom he works, and leadership is a form of social interaction between the leader and the group. The importance of the research lies in building a scale of leadership personality for the educational supervisor in physical education, as this scale will contribute to the supervisor having a leadership personality that may benefit teachers and school administrations and affect their behavior and performance. The study aimed to build a scale of leadership personality for educational supervisors of physical education in Baghdad and to identify the leadership personality of educational supervisors of physical education in Babil Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the survey method in addressing the problem of his research and the research sample consisted of 55 educational supervisors of physical education working in the directorates of education in Babil Governorate. The researcher followed the scientific steps in building a scale of leadership personality for educational supervisors of physical education. The researcher concluded that the following: -
1-The scale of leadership personality for educational supervisors of physical education in Babil Governorate was built.
2-It was found that educational supervisors of physical education have a good leadership personality.
